ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Davenport. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while delivering exceptional donor care throughout the donation process.

This full-time role requires 30–39 hours weekly with varied shifts, including days, evenings and weekends. Join a mission-driven nonprofit improving community health and saving lives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Good, stable work history.
• Understand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in your state of residence and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report required.
