Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee blood collection operations and ensure donor care. You will manage staff at a blood drive or collection center, perform donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed, and may drive fleet vehicles.

The role requires customer service experience, leadership ability, and the flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with training away from home for up to two weeks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
• Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by our carrier.
• DOT Medical Certification Physical card held or obtainable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care.
• Supervise staff at assigned blood drive or collection center.
• Perform donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy.
• Possibly drive fleet vehicles including box trucks when needed.
