Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated Charges role to supervise blood collection operations and donor care across our centers. You will oversee staff, manage donor registration, screening and phlebotomy, and may drive fleet vehicles as needed. This full-time position requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work with the public are essential.
• Maintain a good, stable work history and follow standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, and be able to work varied days/evenings/weekends.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable; background check, drug screen and MVR are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care at the assigned center or drive.
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth operation of collections.
• Recruit, register and screen donors, and manage the donation process.
• May drive fleet vehicles as needed and support safety/compliance requirements.
