Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.

• Communicate with the office regarding scheduling or issues.
• Collect specimens following kit instructions to ensure accurate testing.
• Pack and ship samples the same day using provided materials.
• Bill for draws promptly after collection.
