Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 full year of phlebotomy experience within the last 3 years.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with patients.
• Ability to manage electronic communication effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Schedule appointments promptly.
• Collect samples adhering to kit instructions.
• Pack and ship samples on the same day.
