Job summary

Biodesix seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist (Independent Contractor) in Sequim, WA to collect samples at patients' homes or workplaces. The role requires venipuncture proficiency, reliable transportation, and strict adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience within the last 3 calendar years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and offices.
• Ability to strictly follow procedures and protect PHI.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Prompt scheduling of appointments (1 to 3 days).
• Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, patient issues or draw complications.
• Specimen collection adhering to kit instructions precisely to ensure accurate testing.
• Samples packed and shipped same day using FedEx materials provided by company.
• Prompt invoicing of draws for payment.
