Job summary

Sanguine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to join its patient-facing team. You will perform home and on-site specimen collection, process samples, and ensure compliant handling per IATA, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.

You will also manage on-site supplies, coordinate with operations, and deliver a world-class patient experience while maintaining schedules and proper documentation. Travel within a 150-mile radius may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• CPT/PTC certification or active state licensure as applicable.
• Proof of vaccines and testing per policy.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDP.
• Ability to follow company protocols for internal communication, kit management and biospecimen handling.
• Willingness to travel and collect specimens at pharmaceutical sites as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile phlebotomy and sample collection following protocols.
• Manage on-site inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Label, transport, and ship specimens properly and timely.
• Collect patient history, vital signs, and relevant health data.
• Maintain assurance of biospecimen integrity and proper packaging.
• Communicate inventory needs to operations and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate visits, training, and other duties and maintain availability schedule.
• Willingness to wear PPE and conduct visits in a respectful, professional manner.
