Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional phlebotomy experience.
• Current phlebotomy certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient locations to perform specimen collections (venipuncture, blood cultures).
• Manage schedule, accounting for travel and deadlines; address delays promptly.
• Ensure specimen labeling, processing, packaging, and transport per lab requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and outcomes, adhering to HIPAA and infection-prevention protocols.
• Resolve collection issues and communicate unresolved matters promptly.
• Represent VIP Labs professionally in patients' homes and facilities.
