Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to support patient care with in-home blood draws and access-focused services. You will ensure safe sample collection, transport to the lab partner, and assist patients with telehealth setup as needed.

Applicants should have NRCPT certification and a valid driver’s license, with an undergraduate degree preferred. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently across diverse home settings.

Qualifications

• Active NRCPT certification required or willingness to obtain at AndHealth’s expense.
• Valid state driver’s license with no limitations.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home blood draws for patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
• Support blood draws at CHC partner sites.
• Secure blood samples and transport them to our designated lab partner following established protocols.
• Assist patients in setting up technology for telehealth visits, ensuring a seamless virtual healthcare experience.
• Conduct medical intake processes, including measuring blood pressure and gathering relevant health information.
• Make daily home visits, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
