Job summary

AndHealth LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform in-home blood draws and support at CHC partner sites. You will ensure a safe, comfortable patient experience and handle sample transport to our lab partner.

The role requires NRCPT certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in patients’ homes, with a focus on compassionate, professional care and adaptability to telehealth prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NRCPT certification required or willingness to obtain at company expense.
• Valid state driver’s license with no limitations.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home blood draws for patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
• Support blood draws at our CHC partner sites.
• Secure blood samples and transport them to our designated lab partner following established protocols.
• Assist patients in setting up technology for telehealth visits, ensuring a seamless virtual healthcare experience.
• Conduct other medical intake processes, including measuring blood pressure and gathering relevant health information.
• Make daily home visits, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
