Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform in-home blood draws across Indiana, with occasional draws at partner sites. You will transport samples to our lab partner and assist patients with telehealth setup, while maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.

Required NRCPT certification, valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel to patients’ homes. EMT or phlebotomy experience is preferred, with strong communication and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Active NRCPT certification or willingness to obtain it
• Valid state-issued driver’s license without restrictions
• Undergraduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home blood draws for patients, with occasional draws at partner sites
• Secure samples and transport to designated lab following protocols
• Assist patients with telehealth technology setup
• Perform basic medical intake tasks (BP, health info gathering)
• Maintain flexible daily home visit schedule
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care standards
