Job summary

American Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve the Cleveland/Akron region, visiting patient homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities to collect blood samples with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Northeast Ohio.
Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff.
