Job summary

Trident Care is seeking two full-time phlebotomists in Missouri. Roles involve driving to nursing home sites, performing venipuncture, and ensuring accurate patient ID and sample handling. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Positions run Monday–Friday with two shift options and a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience. A valid license and access to a vehicle are required, along with clean driving records and Professional phlebotomy proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have current clinical Licensure, if required by State.
• Knowledge of medical terminology as it relates to laboratory purposes.
• Proficient in phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and tourniquet use.
• Knowledge of specimen preservation and patient preparation.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal vehicle to client facilities (nursing homes) as directed by dispatcher or supervisor.
• Follow established phlebotomy procedures for obtaining blood samples.
• Identify patients accurately before drawing blood.
• Label specimens correctly with requisition and patient billing information.
• Transport specimens in accordance with PHI policy.
