Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities (primarily nursing homes) to collect samples.
• Identify patients prior to collection and correctly label and deliver specimens.
• Reload and transport phlebotomy supplies safely for each route.
• Communicate status and location to dispatcher and complete required records.
