Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking Health Screeners in Fargo, ND to perform biometric screenings and blood draws at local company events. You’ll work on a flexible, event-based schedule, traveling to sites, with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement.

The role requires customer service excellence, basic phlebotomy skills (fingerstick/venipuncture), and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Morning availability M–F is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current national Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited program with externship.
• 100 finger sticks in last year or 200 venipunctures in last 6 months.
• Active state Phlebotomy certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing: height, weight, blood pressure, BMI.
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws.
• Prepare specimens for storage/processing.
• Set up and break down mobile biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to events as needed (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs for laboratory transactions per requirements.
