Job summary

eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health company, is seeking Health Screeners to join our Des Moines events in IA. Opportunities are as-needed with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. You will travel to local companies to conduct biometric screenings for their employees.

Ideal candidates have customer service skills, venipuncture or fingerstick experience, and the ability to operate a blood pressure cuff. Morning availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• National/phlebotomy certification from Premise Health approved organization or equivalent program with externship.
• Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from accredited phlebotomy program with hands-on externship.
• Over 100 successful fingersticks in last year or 200+ venipunctures in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV, CA, WA, LA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing: height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI.
• Blood draws via fingerstick or venipuncture in fast-paced settings.
• Prepare specimens for storage/processing.
• Set up and break down portable blood draw stations.
• Transport supplies to events as needed (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs/records per regulatory requirements.
• Must have morning availability Mon-Fri for events.
• Other duties as assigned.
