Job summary

Premise Health is seeking Health Screeners to join our team in Fairbanks, AK for on-site, event-based screenings. These roles involve traveling to local companies to perform biometric testing and blood draws with excellent patient service.

Responsibilities include biometric measurements, venipuncture/fingerstick, specimen prep, and maintaining accurate logs. A High School Diploma or GED and Phlebotomy certification are required; prior phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current national Phlebotomy certification from Premise Health approved organization or equivalent.
• Hands-on externship in Phlebotomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing measurements (height, weight, BMI, etc.).
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to events as needed (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs for laboratory transactions per regulations.
