Job summary

Premise Health's eHealthScreenings division seeks Health Screeners in Hayden, ID to perform biometric screenings at local company events. These are as-needed, event-based roles with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, phlebotomy experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Morning availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current national Phlebotomy certification or Premise Health approved externship completed.
• Active state Phlebotomy certification required for NV/CA/WA/LA.
• 1 year of health screening or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing (height, weight, BP, BMI, body fat) and record results.
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to and from health screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs/records for laboratory transactions per policy/regulations.
• Must have morning availability (Mon–Fri) for event-based work.
• May be assigned other duties.
