Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab/hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens, centrifuge and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Match requisition forms to specimens and package for transport.
• Ensure correct labeling and temperature-controlled handling of specimens.
• Follow OSHA/DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
