Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Phlebotomist to serve BEAUMONT, VIDOR, LUFKIN area in TX. This role provides clinical pre-analytical lab services on client sites, mainly in nursing homes, with routes planned by dispatch.

The phlebotomist works under supervision, follows all safety policies, maintains certifications, and ensures accurate specimen collection and delivery on time, with emphasis on patient care and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance; good driving record; a vehicle in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities (nursing homes) as directed by dispatcher.
• Identify patients before collecting specimens and ensure proper labeling.
• Collect, process, and deliver specimens to the appropriate location.
• Maintain time records and report status to dispatcher.
• Follow Universal Precautions and safety policies; maintain clean work area.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock or expired supplies.
