American Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients across Indianapolis, visiting homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to people who need them.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and age 21+.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Indianapolis, IN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff.
