Ideal candidates have phlebotomy certification (or significant experience), strong venipuncture skills with elderly patients, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum age 21.
• Clean criminal history and ability to pass background checks where required.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience; credentialing may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Commitment to safety and patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities across Bloomington, IN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
