American Health Associates is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to visit patient homes, nursing facilities, and assisted living communities in Evansville, IN, delivering lab services and compassionate patient care.

The role requires phlebotomy certification (preferred) and at least one year of phlebotomy experience, with strong venipuncture skills for elderly patients. You’ll travel independently, manage flexible scheduling, and ensure secure specimen handling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Evansville, IN.
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnel.
