American Health Associates is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve Lafayette, IN, visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and independence while delivering high-quality laboratory services directly to patients.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, verify patient data, and document results, supported by a nationwide reference lab. Excellent patient service and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Home Draws: minimum 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; background checks may apply.

Responsabilités

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
