Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Rockford, IL.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling, integrity, and transport of samples.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility personnel.
