Job summary

TridentCare is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomy Technician in Wareham, MA for a full-time, hybrid position. You will drive to client facilities, collect specimens, and ensure accurate patient identification and labeling for delivery.

The job requires a valid phlebotomy license, a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Competitive benefits include medical, vision, 401(k), vacation and holidays; mileage reimbursement is provided. Shift Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license, if applicable.
Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance; good driving record.
Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture techniques.
Knowledge of laboratory operations and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

Drives to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by dispatcher.
Collects specimens, ensures correct patient identification and proper labeling.
Delivers specimens and maintains sterile, sanitary conditions.
Reloads equipment and coordinates with dispatcher on status.
Adheres to universal precautions and safety requirements.
