Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Donor Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and support mobile donation operations. You will ensure a safe, friendly donor experience while transporting staff and supplies to mobile sites.

The role requires DOT-compliant driving, basic phlebotomy, and strong customer service skills. You will work with a collaborative team to maintain high-quality, compliant donor care and donor recruitment for automation when applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOT-compliant driving and phlebotomy responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines and safely transports staff and supplies.
• Loads/unloads and sets up at mobile sites with equipment.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers a positive donor experience with professional interpersonal skills.
• Recruits donors for automation and maintains donor records.
