Job summary

As a phlebotomist, you’ll register blood donors, conduct assessments, and ensure a positive experience to cultivate returning donors. Pay starts at $14.42/hr with potential increases after 6 months, plus an incentive bonus. A benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must satisfactorily complete the in-house Donor Services Training Program within the first 90 days.
• Must complete a Company-approved CPR/First Aid Course within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Register blood donors and perform medical screening assessments.
• Provide care to donors during and after the donation process.
• Maneuver and work with limited space in the mobile operations.
