Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Centers across North, Central, and East Texas. No experience is required, we train you to connect with donors and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and explain donation impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment for donors to return.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure blood collection meets regulatory requirements for safe transfusion.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
