Job summary

Biodesix is seeking contract mobile phlebotomists to collect samples in patient homes or workplaces in the United States. Training will be provided for all sample types and kits. You will adhere to kit instructions, maintain PHI security, and ensure timely sample handling.

Must have reliable transportation, ability to work independently, and excellent venipuncture skills. Role involves coordinating with offices, scheduling within 1–3 days, and invoicing draws for payment.

Qualifications

• Excellent phlebotomy skills including venipuncture.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Contact each patient within 24 hours.
• Prompt scheduling of appointments (1 to 3 days).
• Communicate with the office regarding scheduling, patient issues or draw complications.
• Specimen collection adhering to kit instructions precisely, to ensure accurate testing.
• Samples packed and shipped same day using FedEx shipping materials provided by company.
• Prompt invoicing of draws for payment.
