DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform blood draws and specimen collection in and around Lansdale, PA. This full-time role offers a minimum hourly rate of $20 with potential to earn up to $37 per hour based on completed draws and performance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (7am–3pm). Benefits include sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401k, plus pay-for-performance incentives.

Formación

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or other accepted certifying agency.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence with clean driving record.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients using venipuncture and related procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

Location: In and around Lansdale, PA

Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, typically 7am-3pm

• Valid Driver's License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
