Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to cover Cherry Hill, NJ and surrounding areas. You will obtain blood specimens via venipuncture, ensure accurate labeling and transport to the local lab, while upholding high patient care standards.

The position is full-time, with shifts typically 7am–3pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $20 to $37 per hour, plus a $2000 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k, PTO, and pay-for-performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Proficiency with smartphones and basic office equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patients using venipuncture and other methods.
• Procure blood and specimens and transport to lab.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety, follow policies and procedures.

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

Location: In and around Cherry Hill, NJ

Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, typically 7am-3pm

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
