Job summary

DocGo, Inc. is seeking a full-time phlebotomist in Camden, NJ. The role involves obtaining blood and other specimens using venipuncture, ensuring ethical care, and following PTI Mobile Lab procedures. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts and a generous sign-on bonus.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $37.00 per hour, with medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401k plan. Pay-for-performance incentives may apply based on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate or current certification accepted by certifying agency.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and office printer.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies and procedures of PTI Mobile Lab and partners.
• Procure blood and other specimens using venipuncture and related methods.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Job description

Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 – $37.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts, typically 7am-3pm

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver’s License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
