Job summary

DocGo is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in the Burlington County area of New Jersey. The role offers a minimum hourly rate of $20 per hour with earnings potential up to $37 per hour based on completed draws.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts starting around 7am. Benefits include a $2,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision with company contributions, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate or an accepted certification is required.
• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience and reliable transportation.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.

Responsibilities

• Procure blood and other specimens from patients using venipuncture and related procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required) and transport to local lab.
• Provide patients with high level of care and adhere to policies and ethical standards.

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

Location: In and around Burlington County, NJ

Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts, typically 7am-3pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver’s License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
