Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to collect blood specimens in and around Lansdale, PA. The role offers a minimum $20/hour, with pay based on completed draws. Full-time, on-site schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and full medical/dental/vision coverage.

Responsibilities include obtaining specimens via venipuncture, processing and transporting them to the lab, while maintaining highest ethical standards and adhering to PTI Mobile Lab/partner policies.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certifying agency.
• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Mobile phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies and procedures stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and partners.
• Procure blood and other specimens via venipuncture and related procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

Pay Rate

Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver’s License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
