Job summary

DocGo is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to cover in and around Burlington County, NJ. The role is full-time with a standard 8-hour day, typically 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, and ensure proper handling and transport to the lab.

Compensation includes a minimum of $20/hour with a potential up to $37/hour based on completed draws. A $2000 sign-on bonus and a benefits package are offered, with pay-for-performance incentives and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT/Phlebotomy certification from NCCT, NHA or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Mobile phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure blood and other specimens via venipuncture.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.
• Provide patients with the highest level of care and ethical service.

Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
