Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to cover Lansdale, PA and surrounding areas. You will draw blood and collect specimens using venipuncture, maintaining patient comfort and safety, and ensuring accurate labeling and handling.

Full-time role with weekday shifts (7am–3pm) and a $20–$37 hourly pay that rewards accuracy and performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Pay Rate

Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
