Job summary

PTI Health in the Camden, NJ area is seeking a dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients at clinics and homes within the region.

The role requires venipuncture skills, strict safety and quality adherence, and coordination with local labs to ensure timely processing. It is a full-time position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification from NCPT/NCCT/NHA or an accepted certifying agency.
• Minimum two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to operate smartphone/computer and printer as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow PTI Mobile Lab policies and partner requirements.
• Procure blood and other lab specimens via venipuncture.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Pay Rate and Compensation

Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
