Job summary

MobilexUSA in Beverly, MA is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to work with the Phlebotomy Supervisor to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with policies. You will monitor the phlebotomy area and staff to maintain quality and accuracy in specimen handling.

Responsibilities include driving to client facilities, collecting samples, verifying patient identity, labeling and delivering specimens, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely service while following universal precautions.

• Reload equipment and all necessary specimens to vehicle for prompt delivery.
• Regularly communicate with dispatcher to report status and location.
• Strict adherence to Universal Precautions in controlling blood-borne pathogens and infectious disease exposures.
• Maintain required certifications, health requirements, and operational requirements.

Full Time Shift: Monday-Friday

Available Shifts: 4:30 am-12:30pm, 5:00 am-1:00pm, 5:30 am-1:30pm every other weekend

Pay Range: $17.50-$21.50 based on experience with mileage reimbursement

Role

Mobile Phlebotomist works with the Phlebotomy Supervisor to ensure efficient and accurate workflow of the Mobile Phlebotomy staff. He/she is responsible for monitoring the phlebotomy area and the Mobile Phlebotomists to ensure that all applicable policies and procedures are followed.
