Hawthorne-Health is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to travel to patient homes and perform echocardiograms using portable ultrasound equipment for both adults and children.

Required credentials include RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI), AE certification, 3+ years of sonography, and BLS. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are essential; strong communication and independence are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent sonography experience in both adult and pediatric patients.
• RDCS/ARDMS or RCS/CCI certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local/regional travel.
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

WHAT YOU BRING | REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer(RDCS)from ARDMS,or Registered Cardiac Sonographer(RCS)from CCI.

• Certification in Adult (AE) is required, Pediatric (PE) certification not required but a plus

• 3+ years of recent sonography experience,in both adult and pediatrics

• Basic Life Support(BLS)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally/regionally

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet required; Tech savvy andself sufficientwith digital tools

• Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings

• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner

• Adaptability in dynamic, field-based environments

• Time management and organizational skills

$450 - $600 a day

Rate of pay is per visit, not per day.
