DispatchHealth seeks a motivated operations professional to streamline daily activities across one or two office locations and a small vehicle fleet. You will coordinate scheduling, courier support, lab operations, and supply chain tasks to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, BLS, MA or EMT certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will work closely with Fleet, Lab and central teams to uphold quality and safety standards.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• MA or EMT certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Initiative, go-getter mindset and ability to adapt to change.
• Strong operational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive DispatchHealth branded vehicle to meet patients and support daily activities.
• Own daily operational accountability for assigned markets and vehicles under leadership guidance.
• Provide on-call support to regional operations as needed.
• Collaborate with Lab, Fleet and Supply Chain teams to manage operations and inventory.
• Restock and maintain equipment and supplies; ensure regulatory compliance.
