UPMC is seeking full-time Mobile Patient Access Representatives to support patient registration across multiple Emergency Departments throughout Allegheny County and Cranberry. In this traveling role, you’ll rotate between various UPMC Emergency Department locations, providing front‑desk and bedside registration support.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, including a structured onboarding program and hands-on shadowing to build confidence and familiarity

Responsibilities

• Gathering and updating demographic and insurance information.
• Verifying insurance eligibility.
• Collecting and documenting patient payments (co‑pays, co‑insurance, deductibles).
• Securing required signatures for consent to treat, financial responsibility, and other necessary forms.
