Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Painter/Carpenter to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial facilities in the Dallas area. The role covers painting, patching, finishing, and basic carpentry under close supervision to ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

You will work with various trades, review work orders, and prepare surfaces for coatings while upholding safety and quality standards. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform interior painting, touch-ups and finishing of commercial spaces.
• Use tools to apply coatings like varnish, polyurethane, primer and specialty finishes.
• Repair and remodel to maintain facilities, including masking and surface protection.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on prints, sketches and repairs.
