Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient services to older adults in Salem, NH. The role emphasizes functional rehabilitation in the patient’s home and coordination with a care team for comprehensive needs.

Licensed PT with a Master’s degree is required; strong communication and teaching of patients and caregivers are essential. The company offers a $5,000 bonus, benefits, CEUs, and visa/relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• They must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults.
• Develop and deliver individualized physical therapy programs.
• Refer to other disciplines as needed to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Instruct and train patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Supervise assistants and students when applicable.
• Adhere to scheduling, documentation, and meetings.
