Onboarding is done via the Suru mobile or web app, with referrals, eligibility checks, and telehealth evaluations managed by Suru before follow-up care begins. Clinicians stay autonomous and choose available cases to treat.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT/OT).
• Local business license required to treat patients in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy services.
• Coordinate scheduling and client availability.
• Submit referral and billing information through Suru app or web app.
• Accept only available cases and determine visits per patient.
