Job summary

Suru provides mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes. Suru Network clinicians enjoy a flexible, higher-frequency caseload and the potential for thousands in extra income per month.

Onboarding is through our apps; you operate as a 1099 independent contractor in California with a current professional license. You choose cases and determine your own schedule while Suru handles intake, eligibility, and billing.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license and qualified to provide home health services.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 contractor in California.
• Ability to manage flexible scheduling and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in their homes with home health PT/OT care.
• Review referrals via the Suru mobile/web app and arrange visits.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with Suru for billing and intake.
