Qualifications

• O.D. degree and current state license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel per service area and flex schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive optometry exams and manage ocular diseases.
• Perform vision testing and prescribe spectacles.
• Document patient care in the EMR system and code services appropriately.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for patient care, materials disposal and equipment sterilization.
