HealthDrive is seeking a Part-Time Mobile Optometrist to cover Austin, TX. You will conduct exams, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and provide vision testing in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, traveling as needed.

This role offers a flexible 3-day work week with uncapped earning potential, no night or weekend calls, and comprehensive benefits for providers who work 4+ days per week. A current OD license is required.

Qualifications

• OD degree and current state license required.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and organization.
• Comfort with EMR and healthcare software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose and manage age-related ocular diseases.
• Perform vision testing and prescribe spectacle lenses.
• Complete patient and clinical documentation in EMR.
• Adhere to proper coding guidelines and billing.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for patient care and sterilization.
