Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking an Optometrist to join our Southeast Massachusetts team. Work 2–4 days per week, with production-based earnings of $700+ per day and uncapped potential.

Full benefits and 100% malpractice coverage available; no evening/weekend hours required. You’ll deliver on-site optometry services across long-term care facilities with robust administrative support and a flexible, physician-led culture.

Qualifications

• OD credential and active state license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• TPA certification/Legend Drug Certificate.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat refractive disorders.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age-related illnesses.
• Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system.
• Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
• Enter patient information and complete clinical documentation in EMR.
• Mobile model treatment requiring daily travel to facilities.
