• Experience with common business software (Microsoft Suite, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Provide pricing & book events
• Schedule & confirm events
• Assist owners with daily tasks
• Prepare/deliver supplies as needed to trucks
• Go out in trucks as needed to help with events
